About The Position

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Create demand for the organization's products and services by increasing their visibility to customers.

Main Missions:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing large account clients (historical clients and new clients assigned during the year)
  • Develop clear and detailed sales plans for each assigned account: Your knowledge of each account, its sector, and its history will help you target your efforts. You will be able to identify additional solutions that LexisNexis can provide, in collaboration with Sales Product Specialists
  • Identify new contacts and build networks within this portfolio of large account clients (cross-selling activity)
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all your contacts within each client and ensure lasting relationships to provide quality service and ensure the re-engagement of contracts
  • Work closely with internal support teams, content, and development to meet customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by ensuring constant revenue growth
  • Use tracking tools, including CRM (SalesForce), to update information and track project progress

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in commercial development in a challenging B2B sales environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of best sales techniques
  • Use a customer-centric and profit-focused approach
  • Absorb and retain a large amount of information about products, systems, and the market. Knowledge of the industry and the company's products/services would be a plus
  • Motivated to win new accounts
  • Have experience in an international environment (professional English)
