To keep our team running smoothly, we're looking for a Support Technician who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact. This is your chance to be the go-to tech problem solver, help shape IT processes, and grow your skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for employees needing IT help-hardware, software, or systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly (and keep our team productive!).
  • Install, configure, and update software and rebuild or upgrade computers.
  • Support our phone system-user setup, voicemail, and hunt groups.
  • Document and organize IT assets, software licenses, and system processes.
  • Keep an eye on the help desk, track tickets, and share insights to improve performance.
  • Create simple "How To" guides so teammates can self-solve future issues.
  • Jump in on IT projects that shape the future of our infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience (education or certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus!).
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, MacOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-you can explain tech in a way anyone can understand.
  • Organization skills to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and handle tasks that may require bending or kneeling.
