As an Implementations Manager at Lean, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through the technical implementation of our products. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients' engineering and product teams are not only unblocked but also motivated to complete integrations efficiently and effectively. To do this you will need to act as a project manager and gain the trust of the client's team to the point that they treat you as one of their own. When issues arise you will be responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate parties, whether they are within Lean or the client's organization.
A successful Implementations Manager is both consultative and technical, possessing the ability to manage the full onboarding cycle from contract signing through to launch. You will collaborate across various departments, including Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless transition for our clients. Your role is key in turning our clients into long-term, satisfied users of Lean's products.
