Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in scaling revenue by helping high-growth tech companies adopt the most advanced AI-native compliance automation in the market. Your work will directly impact how quickly and securely companies can complete security reviews, win enterprise contracts, and unblock sales pipelines. What You'll Do

  1. Own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing deals
  2. Build a robust sales pipeline of mid-market and early enterprise customers
  3. Deliver compelling demos and presentations to C-suite executives, and build feedback loops with product
  4. Collaborate directly with company founders to shape go-to-market strategy from an early stage.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of independently closing deals - strong ability to run every stage by yourself and deliver strong results
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with $10K-40K ASP
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, demos, and deal closing
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders (CTO, CISO, VP/Director levels)
  • Adaptability to startup or high-growth SaaS environments
