Lead IT Technician
We're looking for a motivated Lead IT Technician to provide on-site support for client environments across Frederick, Maryland. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of technical support experience who's ready to take the next step while continuing to grow their skills.
What You'll Do:
- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) for end users, primarily on mobile devices
- Work with Microsoft or Cisco Duo (experience preferred) and other MFA solutions
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for laptops, tablets, and other end-user technology
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience, including MFA deployment at the user level
- Familiarity with Cisco Duo or similar MFA tools
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and dependable vehicle (required for site visits)
- Ability to pass a background check
