We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 7 month contract, salary $24-28/hr depending on experience. This role is fully onsite in Rockville MD.
