What We're Looking For
Junior profile (max 1 year) with a strong focus on providing post-sale support to our customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, confident, and empathetic speaking style
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving
Active listening skills and empathy in client interactions
Fluency in both Portuguese and English
Availability to work from our Carnaxide office
