Lands' End Business Outfitters is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that specializes in B2B Sales. As a part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Account Sales Team.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing accounts valued over $1M annually, by identifying key decision makers and developing relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This position actively drives and manages the overall sales process and will work closely with marketing, merchandising, planning, sourcing, and operations to ensure that customer requirements are fully met. You will work closely with a dynamic sales enablement team to achieve sales targets and create meaningful business relationships. You will be the owner of all account level strategies for your portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within client organizations, establishing strong and influential connections.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets as presented by sales leadership.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients with a focus on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales goals by researching information about the customer's business as well as their buying habits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate and qualify leads and create sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead the strategic sales process, providing oversight and guidance from the initial contact through negotiation and finalization.
- Prepare and deliver custom, tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations that showcase the value of our products and services with the goal of maintaining and expanding within existing accounts.
- Understand, build, and own presenting of financial forecasts/objectives for assigned accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Effectively use CRM tools to manage client data and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Responsible for P&L performance and analysis for assigned accounts with the goal of increasing profitability.
- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with speed and expertise.
- Mentor, train, and coach Account Executives, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in account management and sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and dynamic market conditions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and all other relevant tools.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members.
