100% Onsite. Interviews will most likely be remote, but they may be onsite. Candidate should be available for both. Two to three years of customer service, front desk, or administrative assistant experience required. Position may be extended for longer than five months, or convert to FTE, if candidate is a good fit. Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance with inquiries, complaints, and support. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
