Position Overview

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a dependable and customer-focused specialist to support Army Community Service (ACS) at the Hohenfels ACS Satellite Office. This role provides front desk support, information and referral services, and manages Lending Closet operations to assist Soldiers and their Families during relocation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0730–1600 (excluding U.S. federal holidays) Location: Hohenfels, Bavaria, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Serve as front desk point of contact for ACS clients.
  • Provide accurate referrals and connect clients with appropriate ACS staff.
  • Manage Lending Closet item issuance, return, inspection, and inventory.
  • Support PCS/ETS in- and out-processing.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ACS Staff database.
  • Prepare welcome packets and update outreach materials.
  • Confirm class/event attendance and notify clients of schedule changes.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or military family support.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Authorized to work in Germany; CAC-eligible with approved background check.
