About the Role We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative– Call Center Support to join our hybrid team. In this role, you'll serve as a critical connection between patients, caregivers, and providers by ensuring medication refills, shipments, and support are handled with care and accuracy. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to grow in the healthcare field.
Location: Hybrid (must live within 100 miles of work location) Pay: $15–$17/hr. (based on experience, education, and location) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shifts may range from 8:00am–4:30pm to 11:30am–8:00pm (must be flexible for any shift) Perks: Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion (FTE)
