Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about leveraging your commercial skills to provide optimal service to our customers? Do you have an affinity for the agricultural sector? This is your opportunity to join the Customer Specialist team at Kramp in Lummen.

What is your role?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the point of contact for our customers and identify sales opportunities. It is a dynamic and varied role, as you will collaborate with many different customers and internal teams. No day will be the same for you.

What will you do?

  • Handle all incoming questions about the webshop, our services, orders, and deliveries.
  • Prioritize the creation and follow-up of new customers in their first year with Kramp.
  • Make frequent outbound calls to customers, for example, to provide explanations about MyAccount and pricing.
  • Together with the Account Manager in the field, ensure the proper follow-up of our customers and implement actions as needed to support them.
  • Play an important role within the customer team and participate in meetings and projects. Additionally, work closely with other departments such as Marketing, sales support, retail, and Business solutions.

Your team

You will be part of the Sales department, where customer service specialists and product specialists work together to ensure that our customers in Belgium are optimally served. Together, they ensure that every day.

Who are you?

You are available 40 hours per week. It goes without saying that you are customer-oriented and service-oriented. You are also communicative, proactive, and accurate. You enjoy working in a team.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A completed education in a commercial field.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Affinity for working with various software packages.
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and French languages.
  • Knowledge of the English language: we regularly speak English with colleagues in other countries.
