Key Account Manager Foodservice

We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager Foodservice with a focus on the channel area at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf! In this position, you will report to the National Key Account Manager Channel and will be primarily responsible for selling Kraft Heinz foodservice products in various distribution channels ("Channel").

Channel Strategy Development

  • Follow market analyses & trends in the respective channel
  • Participate in the development of tailored sales concepts for the channel
  • Segmentation & prioritization of target customers

Key Account Management

  • Building, maintaining, and developing long-term relationships with key customers within the channel
  • Support in annual meetings, condition negotiations, listing management
  • Addressing individual customer needs, also with a view to operational processes

Assortment Design & Innovations Management

  • Advising customers on product launches
  • Development of channel-specific assortments or bundles

Cross-functional Cooperation

  • Collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance

Controlling & Reporting

  • Analysis of sales figures and performance KPIs
  • Derivation of measures to increase sales or customer retention

Your Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a junior or regional KAM function with direct customer contact and involvement in (marketing) negotiations
  • Good knowledge of the foodservice sector (e.g., HORECA, QSR, etc.)
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Good MS Office skills
