Sky Service CCU Affluent Relationship Manager

As a Sky Service CCU Affluent Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our affluent customers, handling their queries and concerns with expertise and a customer-centric approach. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work within the Sky Channel-Customer Service department, utilizing your skills to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers through email and chat communication channels.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, understanding their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service strategies.
  • Document and report customer interactions, providing valuable feedback to the team and management.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with affluent customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in using email and chat platforms for customer service is essential.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
