Konfetti is the booking platform and software for local workshops. Since its founding in April 2021, we have continuously developed our product and now work with more than 2,500 providers. In total, we can offer over 12,000 experiences in Germany, Austria, and online.

Duties

You are the driving force behind the success of our partners. In this role, you combine excellent operational sales management with strategic vision to further develop konfetti as a leading platform.

  • You transform newly registered B2B users into enthusiastic high-performance partners, support them operationally during setup, and optimize their profiles for maximum booking success.
  • You maintain direct contact with your partners, recognize untapped potentials through your business understanding, and actively drive growth.
  • You use tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Make, etc., to not only execute daily workflows but also make them steadily more scalable through automation.
  • In the team, you develop new partner strategies and share best practices – we raise the level together.
  • You are the link between partners, product, and private event sales, implement requirements in a solution-oriented manner, and feed feedback directly into our development.
  • You proactively question existing processes and independently implement your own projects to improve our way of working within a short time.
  • In close cooperation with the founding team, you analyze market trends and translate them into new, operational partnership models.

Qualification

  • You have a completed degree (BWL, Marketing, or Communication) or a completed commercial training.
  • You bring 1-2 years of professional experience in sales (B2B), account management, or partner onboarding & success, ideally in a dynamic startup environment.
  • You have a high affinity for digital tools and the drive to make processes more efficient through automation and technical understanding.
  • You act solution-oriented and data-based and can bridge the gap between hands-on work and strategic development.
  • You enjoy exchanging ideas with people, whether internally or externally. You see yourself as a team player who wants to grow together with colleagues.
  • You are full of self-initiative, take responsibility for your projects, and bring a results-oriented approach to our ambitious environment.
  • You can express yourself very well in German and English.
