Customer Service Manager For Our Service Department In Hannover

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for our service department in Hannover as soon as possible.

In this role, you will lead and develop your team of several team leaders and over 50 colleagues in telephone inbound customer service. KONE is currently in a phase of exciting growth and is working hard on further digitalizing its processes and expanding its business fields.

Your Responsibilities: Independent And Future-Oriented

  • You lead your teams disciplinarily and continuously improve our end-to-end service level – always with an eye on our customers and internal efficiency.
  • You ensure smooth communication between the business areas, locations, and relevant stakeholders.
  • You actively participate in international projects and drive the sustainable development of end-to-end processes.
  • You always have the commercial overview: budget and personnel planning, cost control, and data analysis are part of your daily routine.
  • You actively shape a cooperative company culture within your area of responsibility.
  • You coach your team, develop talents, and support individual career paths within the growing KONE organization.

Your Profile: Customer-Oriented And Leadership-Experienced

  • Several years of leadership and professional experience, ideally in the field of customer service, sales, administration, and/or as a department or team leader in a comparable field.
  • A completed higher education degree or a comparable qualification with relevant further training.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce CRM, and ideally ACD systems.
  • Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting – also in cooperation with internal contacts.
  • Communication skills, organizational talent, and the ability to initiate changes and inspire employees.
  • Fluent in German and English.
