Customer Service Manager
Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager to manage the customer service department, ensure that all customers receive the best possible service in accordance with the company's mission statement, assist customers with any questions and resolve customer service problems that arise, and assist other departments with customer service issues, as needed.
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday Sundays and Holidays as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma required. • Foodservice customer service experience required. • Computer experience helpful. • Able to think critically and solve problems.
