We are looking for an Account Executive to prospect and sell our ERP software to our target market.

Location: Lancaster, PA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, understanding their business needs and how Koble's ERP solutions can address them.
- Owning the entire sales cycle, including everything from outbound prospecting through the close of the sale.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in professional sales
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with cold outreach – calling, emailing, on-site visits, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients
