Perform Level 1 IT Service for both on-site and remote support
Perform Incident/Request process and services fulfillment via ticketing system, phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication tools
Ensure all IT incidents and users requests are properly logged, responded and escalated by the pre-defined SLAs.
Track and report the status of all critical incidents to management
Support user account administration and mailbox management
Basic knowledge of procurement process and procedure is an advantage
Shift duty is required
Degree / Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related training is an advantage, with 1 year of relevant experience
Customer facing or customer service experience is essential
Good communication and organizational skills
Willing to learn new knowledge and accept changes
A good team player, flexible, able to analyze requirements and meet deadlines
Good sense of urgency, able to work under pressure and willing to take ownership
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
