We're looking for a Tactical Buyer to join our Procurement team in Cracow, who will be accountable for collaborating with Procurement Category Leads, Procurement Project Leads, Project Managers, Engineering, Solutions Development, Finance, A/P, Quality and others to ensure the efficient processing of purchase requirements within our growing organization. Tasks and Qualifications

Your Responsibilities:

Purchase Order processing and placement.

Confirming supplier receipt of purchase orders and ability of a supplier to meet delivery dates.

Conducting expedites of materials when required.

Inputting and managing SAP Procurement items in accordance with corporate policies.

Ensuring supplier delivery and invoicing to accomplish the Resale sales forecast.

Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects within the Tactical team utilizing LEAN concepts, tools, and methodologies to eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

Generating reports and analyzing information to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiencies.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline

Procurement experience

Experience in SAP MM

English (spoken and written) fluent

Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Operates with the minimal supervision

Able to be effective in a remote, global, and matrixed environment

Able to generate reports and conduct analysis using SAP

Apply a continuous improvement mindset, assist in managing continuous improvement efforts, and take part in projects as needed

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Travel is less than 10% and not typically required for this role
