We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in showcasing our cutting-edge housing and residence life software to prospective customers while ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients. You'll be at the heart of our operations—delivering demos, managing projects, setting up systems, and supporting customers across North America. Key Responsibilities:
A Minimum of 3 year's experience in a project management/implementation role.
Proven experience managing small to large-scale projects.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
A confident and engaging presenter with a collaborative approach.
A driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
An ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software.
A natural curiosity and drive to continuously enhance services.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Technical proficiency, including knowledge of system integrations/interfaces.
Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.
Experience working in a software/SaaS environment preferred.
