To provide exceptional customer service in the Pro Express Shop by guiding customers (only B2B clients) in selecting the right security solutions, managing order entry and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience, both in-store and via phone.
Provide in-person assistance to customers visiting the Pro Express Shop, offering expert advice on security products, such as cameras and alarm systems.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately through the order entry system.
Assist customers by phone and email regarding product inquiries, order status and post-purchase support.
Recommend suitable product alternatives when specific items are out of stock or unavailable.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory and product specifications.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly, solution-oriented service.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Keep the shop well-organized, clean and stocked with current product information and promotional materials.
Minimum Bachelor degree (or equivalent), most preferably in business or technical area (however, not a hard requirement).
Min. 1 year of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or technical products environment. Fire industry experience will be a strong asset.
Familiarity with basic computer systems and order management tools.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Basic knowledge of security products (e.g., cameras, alarm systems) or strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and inventory checking.
Ability to problem-solve and suggest alternative solutions, when products are unavailable.
A proactive, customer-first attitude and a team-player mindset, highly motivated.
