Responsibilities

Own and develop the assigned territory and partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and new customer acquisition.

Build and execute structured joint business plans with partners and direct sales team, defining focus accounts, key segments, quarterly priorities, and measurable growth objectives.

Conduct regular customer visits, both independently and jointly with channel partners or direct sales teams, depending on opportunity size and complexity.

Execute a structured visit plan to generate new pipeline and accelerate funnel conversion to orders.

Lead business development initiatives for key accounts within the transactional and distribution scope.

Plan and execute joint or independent customer visits, technical discussions, and live instrument or solution demonstrations to accelerate qualification and deal closure.

Deliver technical seminars, workshops, and partner enablement sessions on Keysight Test and Measurement solutions including oscilloscopes, data acquisition, LCR meters, signal generators, signal analyzers, RF and microwave applications, and power solutions.

Provide remote coaching and commercial guidance to partner sales teams to strengthen value-based selling and improve pricing discipline.

Identify and systematically prospect new accounts in strategic segments such as, Automotive, Defense, Wireless, Semiconductor; Education, Quantum, and Industrial markets.

Collaborate closely with the Channel Account Manager and Direct Sales teams to ensure aligned execution, maximize coverage, and avoid channel conflict.

Drive adoption and effective use of Keysight's e-commerce platform, supporting partners in digital engagement and order placement processes.

Ensure strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, deal registration follow-up, and CRM discipline.

Support promotional programs, new product introductions, and strategic initiatives to accelerate sell-in and sell-through performance.

Provide regular business reviews, performance analysis, and clear action plans to management to protect and grow territory performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. Engineering School degree preferred.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an R&D engineer in digital and/or RF domains, or in Technical Sales within the Test and Measurement industry.

Proven experience in Channel Partner Sales or Direct Sales within a distribution or manufacturer environment is highly desirable.

Strong technical knowledge of Electronic Test and Measurement instruments, including digital oscilloscopes, RF and microwave solutions such as Vector Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, and related applications.

Experience with test software and automated test program environments is an advantage.

Solid understanding of electronics applications across key industries such as Automotive, Industrial, IoT, Wireless, Aerospace and Defense, or Semiconductor.

Demonstrated ability to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen, including opportunity qualification, value-based selling, and pipeline management.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage engineers, lab managers, and purchasing stakeholders.

Fluency in English. Additional European languages are considered a plus.

Valid EU driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Valid work and travel authorization within the European Union.
