Benefits-Plaza It & Customer Success Specialist
Benefits-Plaza is a cloud-integration platform within Keylane, active at the intersection of (pension) insurance and IT. The platform is used by intermediaries, insurers, and employers to manage employee data for employee benefits schemes.
Key About Your Role
As an IT & Customer Success Specialist at Benefits-Plaza, you are an essential link within our Delivery team. You set up salary correlations, connect employers and intermediaries to our platform, and answer customer questions in a professional and customer-friendly manner. You implement new employers and ensure the successful setup of pension and income schemes. You take ownership of the "initial set-up", monitor timelines, and manage customer expectations. You are also responsible for efficient workload management, where quality and customer satisfaction are always central.

Key About You
Of course, it's nice if you can tick all the points below. But if you miss a few? Don't let this stop you from applying. Ultimately, there is a lot to learn and motivation, eagerness, personality, and eagerness to learn are often the most important.
- Bachelor (HBO) work and/or thinking level;
- You are fluent in Dutch and preferably also English;
- You are precise in administrative actions, but not afraid to pick up the phone if necessary;
- You are customer-friendly and customer-oriented;
- You know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- It is an advantage if you are familiar with Payroll & HR Software, but this is not a requirement;
- It is an advantage if you have IT knowledge, but this is not a requirement;
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of pensions, but this is not a requirement;

Keylane Offers
- Initial gross monthly salary between € 2,800 and € 4,400 based on 40 hours;
- 8% holiday pay;

- Travel expenses: Receive a mileage allowance of €0.23 per km or an NS Business Card, which you can also use privately.

- The possibility to work remotely from abroad for up to 2 months per year;
