Customer Success Representative

Join KEYENCE as a Customer Success Representative

Location: Sales Office – Chicago, IL Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $88,430

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the bridge between our Sales and Support teams—ensuring customers have a seamless experience with KEYENCE software. You'll play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

  1. Become a subject matter expert in KEYENCE software products
  2. Onboard and train customers to maximize product utilization
  3. Maintain strong customer relationships and minimize churn
  4. Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  5. Implement customer success programs and guide clients through them
  6. Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Programming experience in any language (required)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage customers virtually via Teams, Zoom, or phone
  • Highly organized and accountable

  • Bonus Target: $24,000 annually (performance-based), paid quarterly
