About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Kerry, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value to our customers. Leveraging Kerry's extensive portfolio of products, technologies, and business enablers, you will effectively communicate our value proposition to customers within the relevant End-Use Market (EUM) and technology areas. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build lasting partnerships that position Kerry as our customers' most valued partner. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing corporate strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth. Success in this role means delivering above-market growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Effectively position Kerry's product collections within priority technology areas and identify opportunities for profitable new developments.

- Implement corporate strategy across your client portfolio to deliver sustainable growth aligned with regional and group aspirations.

- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to grow revenue, margin, and market share.

- Successfully deliver against individual and team sales targets within your designated area of responsibility.

- Build deep knowledge of customers' businesses, needs, and goals to identify and secure new opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments; share insights with Sales Leadership to inform strategy.

- Use market intelligence to identify and open new sales channels.

- Provide accurate and timely reporting on progress against annual targets; identify gaps and implement remediation plans.

- Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and optimize delivery and product availability.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure appropriate resources and support for all projects.

- Develop a deep understanding of Kerry's operating categories, key manufacturers, competitive landscape, and regulatory framework.

- Create and execute key account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in Sales / Account Management, where your technical capability has actively contributed to winning new business.

- Third level degree.

- Experience in business development or selling in the Dairy industry.

- Good working knowledge of food science and how it relates to product development and its commercialization.

- Strong negotiating ability with clients to achieve successful outcomes for Kerry.

- Willingness to travel across the region.
