About the Role

Join Kerry's Bakery team and shape the future of taste, texture and innovation in the Iberian market. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth for Kerry within the bakery sector, with a strong focus on the Spanish market. This is a key commercial role responsible for expanding our presence, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities across both Bakery and Fine Bakery categories. Based in Barcelona, this position combines office presence, remote working and regular customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial delivery for the Iberian Bakery portfolio, driving revenue growth, market share, and sales budget achievement.

Build and nurture strategic relationships with major food manufacturers across bakery and fine bakery.

Manage a set of key accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Technical and Supply Chain teams to create and deliver value-added customer solutions.

Engage customers in deep technical discussions on bakery processes, formulation and production.

Champion and grow our Taste (Flavours) platform within the bakery category—particularly within EUM Taste.

Collaborate with the wider MLE Bakery team of 6 Account Managers and Sales Support, and liaise with AMs globally where needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven B2B sales experience within food ingredients, flavours, or food manufacturing.

Demonstrated success managing key accounts and navigating complex commercial cycles.

Strong track record of driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and new business development.

Experience working in an international, matrix environment is an advantage.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation capability.

Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.

Skilled in strategic account planning and pipeline management.

Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and business insight.

Clear, confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
