AI Client Service Developer Intern

In the context of its digital transformation, Kering is looking for an AI Client Service Developer Intern to join the Customer Care Tech team based in Paris. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence innovation and customer service excellence within an international luxury group. The intern will collaborate with experienced developers to design, prototype, and implement AI-based functionalities in Salesforce Service Cloud, thus shaping the future of customer service through intelligent automation and cutting-edge solutions.

Kering is currently looking for an AI Client Service Developer Intern to join the Customer Care Tech team.

This internship will allow you to gain practical experience in AI development in an international environment. You will work on concrete and innovative projects that contribute to the digital transformation of customer service, while developing your technical skills and understanding of the luxury sector.

How you will contribute:

Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud. Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore new innovative use cases. Contribute to the preparation of data, training and tuning of models, as well as the evaluation of their performance. Document technical solutions and share learnings with stakeholders. Conduct active monitoring of the latest advances in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

Who are you?

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • You have strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or Apex).
  • You have a good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • You are interested in Salesforce technologies (prior knowledge of Service Cloud is a plus).
  • You have analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, to thrive in an international environment.
  • You are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn within a collaborative and dynamic team.

NB: This internship starts in January 2026, for a duration of 6 months.
