Account Executive - New Jersey Remote (B2B - Outside Sales)

Location: New Jersey

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday - Friday, with flexibility

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

Compensation: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. Variable compensation plan eligible, total target compensation year one is $145,000.00+, car allowance also offered!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, retention, and ongoing education
• Educate customers on the value of diagnostics portfolio
• Monitor competitive services, pricing, and market developments
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans
• Support efforts to grow revenue quickly
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Utilize CRM for data reporting and pipeline management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred
• Team-oriented with a competitive drive for results
• Proven track record in sales in a highly-competitive market
• Passion for customer service and understanding client needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field
• Experience in Primary Care/Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Oncology, Pathology, Women’s Health, or similar
