Develop and maintain relationships beyond the jobsite. Communication & Relationships: Accommodate and represent the owners best interest at all times. Work directly with other team members during the conceptual development of project assignments. Coordinate with engineering consultant and trade partners throughout projects. BIM: Produce BIM (building information models) utilizing Revit for design+build projects and coordination models. Prepare scale drawings or architectural details using BIM or other tools. Assemble construction documents for projects. Audit the project and resolve non-compliances. Keep up-to-date with advancements in BIM (and related) technology. Implement digital information plans and strategies. Adhere to the latest industry standards. Define and assist in implementing Hutton BIM standards.
