Metal-Fab, Inc. is seeking a candidate for a 1st shift Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for customer relations and providing technical assistance for the sale of the organization's products.
Duties Include:
Assists reps, key distributors and customers in achieving quotas by assisting with order entry and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Assists customers in all areas including, but not limited to, pricing, order status, back orders, inventory status, shipment schedules, lead times, expediting, and replacement parts.
Provides technical assistance to distributors and representatives as required.
Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided, answers questions and handles complaints, advises reps and key distributions on issues regarding late shipments.
Communicates with remote warehouses to insure timely shipments.
Assures that all orders are entered in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintains excellent customer relations and minimizes customer complaints.
Works to resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Processes and monitors order and shipment acknowledgements.
