Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client service, onboarding, or operations role
• Familiarity with various investment account types (e.g., IRAs, trusts, brokerage) and custodial platforms
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A client-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and priorities simultaneously
• None
• Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire onboarding process from initial prospect engagement through account setup, funding, and the first 180 days of the client relationship
• Acting as a central point of coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate account transitions
• Promoting an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank
• Representing INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and focused on the development of new business relationships
• Maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and performing duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities
• Serving as the primary administrative point of contact for new clients during the onboarding period (typically the first six months)
• Educating clients on what to expect during onboarding and providing proactive updates throughout the process
• Coordinating with advisors, strategists, operations, compliance, custodians, and middle-office teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of onboarding tasks
• Tracking onboarding milestones, resolving delays, and maintaining visibility across all onboarding activities
• Preparing, reviewing, and completing all required account forms, disclosures, and transfer paperwork
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including CIP, OFAC, and other industry standards
• Maintaining accurate and secure records of all onboarding activities and client communications
• Facilitating initial account funding and verifying successful transfers
• Setting up digital access for clients and guiding them through the use of client portals and online tools
• Monitoring and maintaining client account data integrity across CRM, custodial, and third-party systems
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and contributing to workflow improvements, documentation, and training materials
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating on initiatives to improve client engagement and operational efficiency
