Customer Service Supporter Full Time

For our Customer Service department, we are looking for a Customer Service Supporter, who will be a JYSK ambassador for our customers, always at the forefront of the customer relationship and providing the best customer service on all channels. As a Customer Service Supporter:

  • You are customer-oriented and able to listen to and meet the customer's needs.
  • You have a natural predisposition for communication.
  • You have a high level of empathy.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are the first point of contact for our customers. In the JYSK Customer Center, the days are full of requests from customers through different channels. You will be able to identify customer problems, solutions for the same and how to prevent them in the future. The resource will take care of:

  • Taking care of your own work and finding solutions for our customers, providing a professional, positive and competent service.
  • Working in an open environment where you collaborate with colleagues in order to exceed customer expectations.
  • Being part of a team oriented to objectives, with high paces and the need to adapt to different situations.
  • Having a close internal collaboration with retail, administrative sectors, and with external online transport companies.
  • Creating sales in order to meet all customer needs and our objectives.
  • Managing customer requests through phone, email, chat and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Empathy, you like to actively listen to customers and support them.
  • Being professional and open to dialogue
  • Understanding the importance of requests and remembering that you work to help others.
  • Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Saturday in the working hours of 09.00 - 18.00
  • Excellent Italian and good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Experience in jobs in contact with the public is appreciated.
