In Norway, the customer center in Furuset is one of the most important meeting places with our customers. Here sits an engaged team that every day ensures that JYSK delivers the service we can be proud of.

We are now looking for several Customer Service Supporters who will be part of our energetic customer service team. This is a role for you who like a fast pace, are curious about people and are triggered by finding good solutions – whether it’s answering a simple inquiry, handling a complaint or giving advice that ends in a sale.

With us, you will have a varied workday where you:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve issues effectively and professionally – ensuring that the customer leaves with a good experience.
  • Contribute to upselling by recommending products and solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
  • Work towards clear goals, always with the feeling and the customer at the center.

Kvalifikasjoner

We believe you will succeed with us if you:

  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English.
  • Are structured and independent, but also a team player who shares knowledge and energy with your colleagues.
  • Keep your head cool when the pressure is high, and meet both customers and colleagues with a smile.
  • Like to work towards goals, and are triggered by creating results.
  • See sales as a natural part of good customer service.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide thorough training and close follow-up.

Customer center opening hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 08–18
  • Friday: 08–17
  • Saturday: 10–16

You will work in shifts so that we cover the entire opening time.
