This role is responsible for delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. You will manage the full order process from receiving and entering orders to monitoring deliveries, handling invoices, credits, and customer complaints, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
