Who you'll work with
You'll work directly with Sales Leadership and closely with Account Management, GTM and Marketing to support customers across the entire lifecycle. You'll be part of a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values clear communication and shared ownership of success.
What we're looking for

Fluency in German and strong English communication skills
2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or SDR/BDR, ideally in SaaS or Tech
Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video calls, and in person
Organized in pipeline management and forecasting
Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development
Reliable, proactive, and self-driven with a growth mindset
