Your Mission, If You Choose To Accept It: As our next Customer Service, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that orders in the system are created with the correct order type and billing chain, eliminating the level of delay in deliveries, and creating internal production orders promptly in the system (Oracle). What You Will Do:

  • Comply with customer requirements such as documentation for shipments, ASN sending, maintenance of portals, disputes, response to alerts, CUMs, among others.
  • Ensure that orders in the system are created with the correct order type and billing chain.
  • Eliminate the level of delay in deliveries.
  • Create sales order and internal production order promptly in the system (Oracle).
  • Ensure the optimal level of inventory in the warehouse to cover customer orders in time and form.
  • Develop weekly shipment plan and communicate it to the shipping and quality area.
  • Maintain a delivery level above 90% (delivery rating).
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction level above 90% (delivery rating).

What We Are Looking For:

  • University degree in Administrative, related or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service in the automotive industry.
  • Handling of customer portals, preferably Stellantis.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced level English.
  • Handling of MRP system, preferably Oracle.
