Creating and coordinating the sales budget
Monitoring budget compliance
Monitoring and increasing sales productivity
Completed higher education in business administration with a focus on sales or a technical degree or a commercial/technical vocational training
Several years of sales experience, preferably in the solution business or plant construction
Independent working style, strategic thinking, and goal orientation
Strong communication skills, self-confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills
Excellent market and customer knowledge
Self-reliant working style, communication and negotiation skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, goal orientation, and assertiveness are required
Very good English skills in speech and writing
