IT ServiceMax Developer
Location: India
Experience: Minimum 5 years in ServiceMax development
Job Description:
- Develop, build, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax solutions based on provided specifications.
- Implement and maintain ServiceMax components such as workflows, custom objects, and user interfaces.
- Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce applications and other third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance of ServiceMax applications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceMax functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceMax features and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ServiceMax application.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with ERP integrations and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
- ServiceMax administration certifications are a plus.
