As a Customer Service Specialist reporting to the Sales Manager in Ankara, you will manage order administration and fulfillment functions, ensuring a seamless process from order receipt to delivery. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving growth objectives in a collaborative team environment.
Oversee the complete order processing value chain, whether direct or through a distribution network.
Engage with customers to address inquiries and manage sales order documentation.
Facilitate communication with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system.
Act as the primary contact for logistics, managing the shipping process and customs clearances.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
Proactively monitor financial follow-ups and ensure all transactions meet company standards.
Proven experience in customer service or as a Client Service Representative.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and customer orientation.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
