We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
Own and manage high-value client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client success and revenue growth.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reporting to clients and leadership.
Resolve complex client issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Mentor and support team and contribute to team development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven track record of managing large or strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis platforms.
Experience in HVAC, Security System Domain
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
