Description of the Position

Within the Technical Support team and the R&D department, you are in charge of the technical support of our clients.

Your missions will consist of:

  • Resolving tickets via the Jira platform, issued by our Customer Success Managers, following problems encountered by our clients on our Gaia platform.
  • Analyzing the problem in order to define the level of urgency and the techniques to be employed to solve it.
  • Performing first-level developments if necessary, using JavaScript and SQL. If the issue is more complex, you pass the relay to our analysis team and our developers.
  • Using existing engines to adapt new integration and publication interfaces for our clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with the application of the GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) standard as well as the respect of the formats of the product sheets used (Excel, XML).
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables, following the tests carried out.

In the context of our continuous improvement, you will play a role of analysis in order to list the recurring tickets and to find adequate solutions so that they do not reappear.

During project phases, you will collaborate with project managers and implement the new functionalities requested by the client while ensuring respect for the planning and deadlines of the projects.

In addition, you will create product sheets in PDF format for our clients and implement them on our platform.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You are a graduate of Computer Science or Computer and Communication.
  • You know the technologies: Java, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL server, XML, XSLT and XSD.
  • You speak French and English.
  • You are able to advise our Customer Success Managers and explain the solutions you have carried out.
