Within the Technical Support team and the R&D department, you are in charge of the technical support of our clients.
Your missions will consist of:
In the context of our continuous improvement, you will play a role of analysis in order to list the recurring tickets and to find adequate solutions so that they do not reappear.
During project phases, you will collaborate with project managers and implement the new functionalities requested by the client while ensuring respect for the planning and deadlines of the projects.
In addition, you will create product sheets in PDF format for our clients and implement them on our platform.
