IT Support Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software for end-users.
- Assist with system updates, troubleshooting, and documentation of technical processes.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols.
Skills/Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and ticketing systems is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully on-site.
- Contract Length: 6 months.
