Technical Support Provider

This role is focused on delivering high-quality technical support for healthcare-related billing and revenue cycle management applications, ensuring clients can effectively use critical software tools that support eligibility verification and patient financial estimation. You will act as a key support resource for both internal and external users, helping troubleshoot issues, guide system usage, and maintain smooth operation of core service lines. The position involves working in a fast-paced support environment that combines live client interaction with back-end queue monitoring and case management. You will contribute to improving user experience by resolving technical challenges related to eligibility verification, patient liability estimation, and related healthcare billing workflows. This role also includes participation in special projects and ongoing system improvements driven by management needs. It is a highly collaborative and mission-driven support function where your work directly impacts healthcare providers and patient access to care.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients using eligibility verification and patient liability estimation applications.
  • Assist users with electronic billing software issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and functional guidance.
  • Support Machine Readable File processing, shoppable services tools, and related compliance-driven workflows.
  • Create, update, and modify Good Faith Estimate letters and Patient Liability Estimator profiles as needed.
  • Monitor support queues, respond to incoming calls, and manage ticket resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research complex issues and participate in special projects assigned by management to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient application support.

Requirements:

  • Strong self-motivation with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a technical support environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse users.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced, queue-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in technical support, healthcare IT, or software application support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic billing systems, EHR platforms, or healthcare revenue cycle processes is a plus.
