Accountabilities

• Own release management and govern release readiness.
• Partner with Security and Compliance for regulatory alignment.
• Lead operationalization of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee process optimization to enhance delivery.
• Build and maintain executive insights and decision-support dashboards.

• Extensive senior leadership experience in product or engineering operations.
• Proven track record in building operational functions in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and related tools.
• Experience with platforms like Aha, Jira, and GitHub.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution.

• Clear communication skills with executives and stakeholders.
