Senior Technical Account Manager - Remote

As a Senior Technical Account Manager specializing in Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile Applications, your role is pivotal in optimizing monetization strategies for these platforms. You will leverage data and technology to enhance the performance of publishers' video and app environments, ensuring maximum value is captured from demand partners. Your expertise will help shape technical solutions that drive revenue and efficiency across various digital advertising ecosystems.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct deep dives into inventory data to identify underperforming ad slots and CPM opportunities.
  • Maintain and fine-tune the ad stack configuration for optimal fill rates and bid density.
  • Plan and execute projects to integrate new demand partners suited for CTV and mobile environments.
  • Investigate complex integration issues and resolve SDK, VAST/VPAID, and SSAI discrepancies.
  • Act as the first line of defense for monetization drops to minimize revenue impact.
  • Provide insights on market trends to the Product team to influence the platform roadmap.
  • Assist in onboarding strategic partners and validate the technical feasibility of integrations.
  • Document processes and train the teams on the specifics of the App/CTV ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Senior Technical Account Management or project management with SSP technology.
  • Proven experience with Mobile Apps SDK integrations and/or CTV/Video.
  • Strong understanding of OpenRTB, JSON, XML, and debugging tools.
  • Proficient in Notion and project management tools.
  • Skilled in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data analysis.
  • Leadership and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Fluent in French and English.
