Sr Client Success Executive

As a Sr Client Success Executive, you will serve as a strategic partner to key clients, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term engagement. You will manage complex client portfolios, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that address client needs while supporting overall business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where client outcomes and operational excellence are paramount. You will leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify risks and opportunities, ensuring clients consistently achieve their goals. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills are critical for success in this position.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure clients achieve their objectives by providing proactive guidance, strategy, and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, product, and technical resources, to deliver high-quality client solutions.
  • Monitor client health metrics, usage trends, and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Lead periodic business reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to drive value and retention.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring feedback informs product and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex client situations.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced certifications or training in client success or account management is a plus.
