As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
- Design and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
- Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain CMDB data, ensuring accurate modeling and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop documentation such as technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
- Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow updates, new features, and certifications.
