This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative enterprise software implementations that directly enhance customer experience in investment management. As a Senior Staff Project Lead, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from defining scope to execution, while collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. The position requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and a consultative approach to align cross-functional teams and clients. You will leverage innovative technologies, including AI tools, to streamline project processes and communications. This is a highly visible role where your leadership and problem-solving will directly influence client success and organizational growth. Accountabilities:

• Lead full lifecycle customer implementations of enterprise software, ensuring successful deployment and adoption
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and develop execution plans that align with client objectives and internal standards
• Maintain strong, transparent communication with client stakeholders and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, fostering a problem-solving culture across cross-functional teams
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with precision and adaptability
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners, influencing outcomes through clarity and integrity
• Take ownership of critical tasks, stepping in hands-on as needed to ensure delivery excellence
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment with resilience, positivity, and a focus on results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows, including front- and back-office operations
• Strong command of project management practices and methodologies, with proven ability to manage cross-functional resources
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and leverage AI tools to enhance project efficiency
• Willingness to travel domestically 25–50% as required
• Bonus: familiarity with Agile principles, software development life cycles, cloud technologies (AWS, APIs, serverless), project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2), and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mavenlink, or Slack
