High Touch Implementation Specialist - Remote

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing the full implementation cycle for our partner's solutions, working with mid-market and smaller enterprises. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions, ensuring a timely and successful implementation process. Your contributions will help shape the implementation team's success while directly impacting customer experiences in a fast-paced remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation plans for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Develop tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements and enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and ensure project success.
• Proactively address customer needs and opportunities, guiding them throughout the implementation.
• Advise customers on best practices to maximize the value from their software usage.
• Navigate change management processes effectively to help clients adapt to new systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS.
• Technical proficiency in complex, multi-module SaaS systems; knowledge of analytics is a plus.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in change management processes and strategies.
• Critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset to address customer challenges.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
